દ્વારકામાં વિજયી પ્રત્યાગમન Triumphant Return to Dwaraka द्वारका में विजयी वापसी

Krishna (Keshavray, Trikamraj) returns victorious to Dwaraka after defeating Banasura, bringing the bride Usha with him. Queen Rukmini welcomes and honors him upon his arrival. The canto concludes with the joyful removal of the wedding bangles in the presence of the clan elders, celebrating the union.

  2. 2 હાર્યા બાણાસુર રાય, કલ્યાણરાય, જીતિયા રે; વેગે વહીને આવ્યા દ્વારિકાની માંય, કેશવરાય જીતિયા રે.
  3. 3 રાણી રુક્ષ્મણીએ વધાવીને લીધા. ત્રિકમરાજ જીતિયા રે; તે તો પુરાણે પ્રસિદ્ધ, ઢીંગલમલ જીતિયા રે.
  4. 4 તે તો ગોત્રજ આગળ જાય, કલ્યાણરાય જીતિયા રે; બંનેના હાથ કંકણ મીઠણ છોડાય, કલ્યાણરાય જીતિયા રે.

Translation

દ્વારિકાનો ચોર આવ્યો — જે એક સમયે ગોવાળ બની ઢોર ચારતો હતો, તે જ કૃષ્ણ હવે લાખ રૂપિયે ન મળે એવી અણમોલ વહુ ઓખાને લઈ પાછો ફર્યો! બાણાસુરરાયને હરાવી, કલ્યાણરાય કેશવ જીત્યા, અને ઝડપભેર દ્વારિકા નગરીમાં આવી પહોંચ્યા. રાણી રુક્ષ્મણીએ આગળ આવી ઉત્સાહથી વધાવ્યા — ત્રિકમરાજ, ઢીંગલમલ, સૌ જીત્યા — અને આ વિજયગાથા પુરાણોમાં પ્રસિદ્ધ છે. ત્યારે ગોત્રજ — કુળની વડીલ સ્ત્રીઓ — આગળ ધસી આવી, અને ઉત્સવ ઊજવતાં ઓખા અને અનિરુદ્ધ બંનેના હાથ પરનાં કંકણ-મૌળ ઉતારી, ફટાણાં ગાઈ, ખૂબ આનંદ સાથે વિવાહ-વિધિ પૂર્ણ કરી.

The thief of Dwaraka has returned — he who once herded cattle as a cowherd — and now Krishna comes back triumphant, bringing with him a bride beyond all price, the priceless Okha. Having defeated the mighty Banasura, Kalyanaraya Keshava won the day and swiftly made his way back into the city of Dwaraka. Queen Rukmini came forward with great joy to welcome and receive them — Trikamraja, Dhingalamal, all victorious — and this glory is celebrated and well known in the Puranas. Then the elder women of the clan, the gotrajas, came forward ahead of all others, and amid songs of celebration they removed the wedding bangles and wristbands from the hands of both Okha and Aniruddha, completing the joyous marriage rites with festivity and delight.

द्वारिका का वह चोर लौट आया — जो कभी गाएँ चराता था — वही कृष्ण अब एक अनमोल दुल्हन ओखा को लेकर विजयी होकर लौटे हैं। बाणासुर राय को परास्त कर कल्याणराय केशव जीत गए और तेज़ी से द्वारिका नगरी में आ पहुँचे। रानी रुक्मिणी ने आगे बढ़कर उत्साह के साथ उनका स्वागत किया — त्रिकमराज, ढींगलमल — सभी विजयी हुए — और यह विजयगाथा पुराणों में प्रसिद्ध है। तब गोत्रज — कुल की वरिष्ठ स्त्रियाँ — सबसे आगे आईं, और उत्सव मनाते हुए ओखा और अनिरुद्ध दोनों के हाथों से कंकण और मौली उतारे, फटाणे गाए, और बड़े हर्षोल्लास के साथ विवाह की रस्में पूरी की गईं।
